- INGREDIENTS(suggestion amount)

- 1. A cabbage.
- 2. Two carrots. __
- 3. Some sesames(2 teaspoon) and peanuts(1/2 cup). | suggest
- 4. Some sugars(1 teaspoon) and salts(1/2 teaspoon). |- amount
- 5. Some vinegar(4 teaspoon) and sesame oil(2 teaspoon). __| indicated

- 1. Chop cabbage and carrots into strips.
- 2. Mix them with proper amount of sugar, salt, vinegar, and sesame oil.
- 3. Put some sesames and peanuts.

- 1. Put sugar and salt gradually, taste before you add more.
- 2. The amount of vinegar is very important, increase it by teaspoon
- according to your pleasure.
- 3. Refrigerate it a little, put sesames and peanuts right before you serve.
- 4. You may add some red chili strips if you prefer spicy food.

- This is a very simple recipe and is a very good candidate for side dishes.
- It takes about 5 minutes to prepare and you probably have all the
- ingredients in your refrigerator at any time.
